4-Ingredient Poke Nachos

Serve taro chips "nacho-style" with fresh poke for a fun snack or dress chips individually for a simple, stylish appetizer.
Ingredients:
- 6 ounces taro chips
- 2 cups ahi poke
- 1 cup guacamole
- 1 tablespoon furikake (seaweed seasoning)
Directions:
- Spread chips on a large platter. Scatter poke on top.
- Dollop with guacamole and sprinkle with furikake.

- To serve as an appetizer: Place a dollop of guacamole on a chip. Top with a piece of tuna and sprinkle with furikake. Arrange composed chips on a serving tray.
