Spicy Avocado Tartine (Toast)

Poilane bread is handcrafted in France using stone-ground wheat, natural fermentation, and wood-fired ovens that produce unparalleled flavor. The texture of the bread lends itself to a variety of hearty toppings, making it excellent for a tartine or simple “loaded” toast.
Ingredients:
- 1 slice Poilane or other artisan bread
- 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons guacamole
- 1 slice cooked bacon, crumbled
- 2 tablespoons microgreens
- Crushed red pepper flakes
- OPTIONAL:
- Fried egg
Directions:
- Toast bread.
- Drizzle with olive oil.
- Add guacamole, bacon, microgreens, and red pepper flakes. Top with a fried egg, if desired.
