Ingredients:
- ULTIMATE TROPICAL SMOOTHIE:
- 1 cup The Metropolitan Market Ultimate Smoothie Mix
- 1/2 cup juice
- 1/2 cup milk or yogurt
- Sugar or honey, to taste
- BLUEBERRY ORANGE-SICLE SMOOTHIE:
- 1 cup Metropolitan Market Mt. Hood Blueberries
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
- STRAWBERRY BANANA SMOOTHIE:
- 1 cup Metropolitan Market Oregon Strawberries
- 1 cup milk, yogurt, juice, or tea
- 1 ripe banana, sliced
- RASPBERRY MINT TEA SMOOTHIE:
- 1 cup Metropolitan Market Northwest Raspberries
- 1/2 cup cold tea
- 2 mint leaves, optional
- Sugar or honey, to taste
- THREE BERRY SMOOTHIE:
- 1 cup Metropolitan Market Northwest Berry Blend
- 1 cup milk, yogurt, cream, ice cream, juice, or tea
- Sugar or honey, to taste
Directions:
